Security futures, a Delta one product, are utilized for synthetic equity strategies including equity swaps, equity repos and stock loan/borrow transactions. The OneChicago OCX.NoDivRisk, Exchange for Physical transaction is economically equivalent to a Securities Lending Transaction.
