The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) is the largest arbitration centre in the Middle East. It was initially established by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Dubai Chamber) in 1994 as the Centre for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration. DIAC is a non-profit that is independent in its operations from both the Government of Dubai and the Dubai Chamber. DIAC provides efficient and impartial administration of commercial disputes. Located in the heart of Dubai at the Dubai Chamber's headquarters. DIAC provides local and international business communities with commercial arbitration services, including modern and well-equipped meeting and hearing rooms. DIAC has also developed a pool of experienced arbitrators from different nationalities and legal backgrounds.
