I offer trust, estate, and tax planning and other legal services for individuals and small business owners. I also mediate contractual, financial, and cross-cultural matters for individuals and businesses. My emphasis is to assist clients in integrating their professional objectives with their personal visions for protecting the people who are closest to them and for transferring property in the most efficient manner. I am a solo practitioner who practices law from the perspective of the small business owner.
