The Innovate Fund has a passion for bringing transformation to struggling areas across South Carolina. As a Community Development Entity, we have leveraged over 162 million federal New Markets Tax Credit dollars to help some of the hardest hit regions in the state. Our borrowers have created over 3,300 jobs and delivered goods and services to over 66,000 low income community residents. We partner at a local level with community-based organizations to identify projects which are transformative to the community but lack access to capital.
