The mission of the Warren County Combined Health District is to assess the health status of the communities it serves, diagnose and investigate public health problems, develop policies and regulations to provide innovative solutions to health problems, inform and educate people about health issues, ensure a healthy and safe environment, enforce laws and regulations that protect health and ensure safety, assure the provision of health care when otherwise unavailable, and assure a well trained staff is employed by the Warren County Board of Health to carry out functions required by statute or determined by the community..
