TEAMING was borne to life through my passion for developing people. My primary purpose is to maximise the potential of each individual in the organisation; from the role they play in carrying out their functional responsibility, to the role they play in a team, all the way through to the role they play within the organisation. I bring to the table over 24 years of corporate and consulting experience across both private and government sectors spanning a wide variety of industries including Healthcare, Animal Health, Dental, Retail and Education. When working with clients, I draw upon my vast experience in people leadership, cross-functional team management, product management, project management and strategy development. As an authorised Vertical Development Leadership Coach, accredited RightPath © facilitator and a certified SQUADIFY Pro facilitator I work with leaders and their teams to support them in cultivating self awareness, self leadership, and the right behaviours that support a strong foundation of trust and accountability that will take their performance to the next level.
