Optimum Screening Thorough and Robust The Optimum Screening Experience is designed to protect vulnerable populations such as youth sports, volunteer and non profit organizations. The Optimum system is not an automated process. A minimum of 2-3 reviewers examine each background screen. This process ensures Optimum has left no stone unturned. The Optimum Screen Team will review all member results on behalf of the organization. All screens will result in pass or fail status thus confidentially notifying the member and organization in cases where the member fails the "organization's criteria".
