Union Square Park Capital Management, LLC was founded in April 2015 to manage capital on behalf of High Net Worth Families, Individuals and Institutional Investors through Union Square Park Partners. The Partnership combines an opportunistic, event-driven investment approach with a value philosophy, focusing on companies undergoing changes in their operations, management, and/or capitalization. We favor situations with an identifiable catalyst that are complex, misunderstood, and/or under followed. The strategy is capital structure agnostic with flexibility across sectors and geographies. The key to our investment process is combining bottom up fundamental analysis with a deep understanding of process related risks and outcomes.
