The Fordham Environmental Law Review is a dynamic and interdisciplinary publication that explores many domestic and international environmental issues ranging from the regulation of air, water, and soil pollution to land use to social policy issues. Since its inception in 1989, the Fordham Environmental Law Review has provided a forum for scholars and practitioners to reflect on relevant and important topics to the study and practice of environmental law. Fordham Environmental Law Review publishes three issues annually, one centered around the annual Symposium and a Fall and Spring issue. Issues include articles and essays written by professors and practitioners and notes and comments written by Fordham Law students. Fordham Environmental Law Review is hosted on FLASH, the Fordham Law Archive of Scholarship and History.
