In 1990 she opened her own balletschool in order to achieve her deep wish to make art with children. After a few years she successfuly achieved her goal . Children are totaly capable in making art and expressing themselves with the knowledge of serious philosophical themes This became her guide-line of education and the practise of it. Studio Gemma provides high quality dance lessons in the Amsterdam area. We teach a wide variety of dance lessons starting at ages 4 and up. Classical ballet, technique on pointe, tap dance, Streetdance and Jazzdance- ballet. Studio Gemma also provides dance classes for (high)schools . For example after school activities such as Street dance, This provides a great energy outlet for children, and will make them more familiar with dance in general.
