RyBay Corrosion Services is an established Industrial Coating and Corrosion Protection facility based in Brechin, Angus. Our experienced team offer a wide range of services to the International Oil & Gas and Renewables markets, specialising in the coating of containers, frames and subsea components. Within our 16m x 9m blast bay, we are able to use a variety of abrasive medias, including grit, shot, aluoxide, garnet and glassbead Our paintshop measures 12,000 sq ft and Norsok M501 approved painters can apply coatings such as epoxies, polyurethanes, glassflake, antifouling and fireproofing. Specialist coatings such as Thermal Sprays (TSA/TSZ), Phosphating and Fluoropolymer (Xylan) are also available Asset Coatings work in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 12944 ensuring our customers quality, traceability and peace of mind on all orders. All items processed through the workshop are closely monitored by an inhouse certified NACE Inspector and a rigid quality control programme is in place. Situated on the A90 dual carriageway, we are easily accessible from Aberdeen (35 miles) and Dundee (25 miles) as well as further afield.
