Formation is an architectural design firm established in 2005 with licenses in 10 states. We hold NCARB certification aiding the ability to obtain extra licenses if the need should arise.  Staff experience is vast and includes projects of all sizes and scopes. From roof system designs to large multi story buildings and large warehouse facilities. Formation Architects share offices with Foresight Services, an affiliated company that specializes in the building envelope services and site paving. Foresight has offices in Illinois, Tennessee and Missouri.
