Since 1995, DeSutter, Kerr & Associates (DKA) has provided businesses with a full range of government contract consulting services including technical and cost proposal assistance for RFP responses, GSA Schedule application preparation, and more. Through our proposal preparation efforts, we have assisted our clients in winning more than 350 federal government contracts with a combined value in excess of $1.6 Billion.
