We’re a student-led team: our members manage team organization, business, designing, and building. This approach is what makes Charger Robotics members and alumni confident leaders with the skills and resources to pursue their passion. Our students and alumni are uniquely passionate about this team mission. The student-directed structure enables us to fall and make mistakes - but the most important thing it does is teach us to get back up again. More than anything else, Chargers are life-long students who embody respect, teamwork, perseverance, and the future of STEM and FIRST. 3786 is not just a number; we’re a network of students and mentors working together to make our community a place of thriving STEM education and opportunity.
