New World Construction Company Limited ("New World Construction") renamed from Hip Seng Construction Company Limited ("Hip Seng"), was established in 2012 as one of the construction arms of NWS Holdings Limited, which is the infrastructure and services flagship of New World Development company Limited ("New World Group"). Renaming of Hip Seng to New World Construction was effective on 7th October 2013, which further aligns our primary duty as the management contractor developing quality buildings for the New World Development Group.
