LOCALLY YOURS FOR 40 YEARS In 1979, The Face & The Body opened its first location in Clayton, Missouri. Our partnership with Murad and Aveda quickly led to a connection with those looking for both style and health. In 2000, the Clayton location was moved to a larger facility just a few miles away in Brentwood. Our flagship location is located in the hub of St. Louis County with easy access from major highways. Our Brentwood spa hosts a 21-room facility and is one of the largest day spas in the Midwest. Our large, private room, The Oasis, often cater many corporate events and is also ideal for parties, weddings or baby showers. Our second location is in Chesterfield. It is located in the hub of upscale West County and has become a neighborhood favorite. O’Fallon, our third location, is situated in growing St. Charles County and is a chic boutique that suits guests who prefer intimate settings while receiving first-class services.
