The Office of Group Benefits (OGB) envisions itself as a leader in improving and preserving quality of life by offering an employee benefits package that meets or exceeds industry standards and benchmarks. OGB is an agency of the state of Louisiana within the Office of the Governor, Division of Administration and is authorized by Louisiana statute to provide health and accidental benefits and life insurance to both active and retired state employees and their dependents.
