The core of our experience comes from the directors, Bromley & Jean Towart, who began with the formation of Sumlock Electronics (NE) Ltd back in 1976. Sumlock become a major IT support provider in the Northeast of England. Unfortunately, following a serious road accident in 2010, they were unable to maintain this commitment. Following a long period of recovery they felt the time was right for a new challenge and formed 24/7 Business Support in May 2014. They successfully brought the old team back together again, forming a formidable force capable of delivering the best possible service to their customers. Hardware – a complete range of products including servers, desktops, thin clients, laptops, printers, scanners, switches, routers and many more. Software – we not only offer the traditional range of Microsoft server and desktop products but can also rent them on a pay-as-you-go monthly basis. Maintenance – a service that can be tailored to suit any needs. Cover can be provided on a contractual basis with annual, quarterly and monthly payment options. Structured Cabling – Network and data cabling service including CAT5e, CAT6 and Fibre Optic.- Supply of a full range of cabinets, patch panels, cable management & accessories. Audio Visual – This includes TV’s, Commercial Displays, Multiscreen Video Walls, Projectors, Screens, Sound Systems and connectivity units. Telecommunications – from traditional BT lines, telephone systems and broadband to the innovative new hosted telephone PBX technology. Reduce customers’ telephone bills by 30% or more. Virtualisation – we specialise in server and desktop virtualisation which can be provided ‘in the cloud’ or privately on hardware in the office.
