Our family has owned and operated Empire Metal in NYC for over 100 years. About 20 years ago, we changed the name and shifted the focus of our business on servicing high-end residential and commercial designers, antique dealers, fabricators, contractors, and architects like you. We excel in service and quality, satisfying even the most demanding of clients. We operate in a 12,000 square foot facility, have a staff of 30 people who are well paid and have comprehensive benefits. Also, we are fully insured and 100% compliant with all regulating bodies, including EPA, DEC, DEP, OSHA, and FDNY. Our primary function is custom plating, polishing, metal restoration, and repair at the highest level. We can handle everything from door & window hardware, architectural metalwork and trim, to chandeliers and sconces, bath, shower & kitchen hardware. We are also capable of solving those minor problems in light fabrication. From fireplace surrounds, custom curtain hardware, custom made lighting to little things like special extended strike plates, or solid brass closet rods for your custom closets and much more. At the moment, we don't have a very strong website; however, it is currently our primary goal.
