We are experts in consuming customer needs and processes, and suggesting improvements to make their daily work easier and more profitable. Delivering knowledge and a broad understanding of customer needs, all our consultants are more than capable of handling any of the phases in an implementation project from initiation, analyzing, design, development and acceptance test. We are used to working in an agile environment but can also function well in a waterfall model. We pride our ourselves on delivering desired results, but customers working with other partners or no partner at all, might not see the same results. Therefor we offer our services as Trusted Advisors, where we take seat on the customer side, and ask the questions needed to be answered. We will take a critical look at deliveries and perform any kind of quality assurance checks necessary. We will validate ideas, review solutions proposals and code for best practice. We will basically be the watchdog in the entire project, or just come in a couple of days to verify the strategy suggested. For those customer that are not currently looking to implement new or upgrade existing application, Application Management is also our business. Either the customer has their own task system that we will adopt, or we will be happy to supply one based on known technologies. From there customer can raise their concerns or requests and we will take care of them in a prioritized manner.
