Varsity Connections is a comprehensive counseling centre, which provides Career Search Assessments, Personalized Career Counseling and University Admission Assistance to high school students. Career Search Assessments Aptitude tests or Career Search Assessments are increasingly used by career advisors and schools in assessing a student’s potential. These tests are valuable for students in providing an objective assessment of their academic potential. Practice in these tests help students gain confidence and avoid stress in competitive exams. The Assessment examines 3 key measures: ➢ Aptitude Addresses the skill sets of the student and is a battery of tests in 9 different areas: Verbal, Numeric, Visual, Spatial, 3D, Figurework, Vocabulary, Sequential and Precision ➢ Motivation Explores the student’s interest in 7 different areas – Verbal, Art, Physical, Scientific, Organisation, Business & Social. It identifies the type of activity that appeals most to the student. ➢ Personality Analyses dimensions of personality that are useful to students in planning their careers.
