Our company is pioneer in Indonesia Confectionery Industry since 1968 with our first factory in Medan-North Sumatera, PT. Union Confectionery. In 1976 a sister company was set up in Tangerang (Banten – Java) under the name PT Super World Wide Foodstuff Industries (PT. SWWFI) to supply the markets in Java and Eastern Indonesia. The year 2008 is a new milestone for our company as we consolidate the management of both business units to strengthen our focus for future growth. As part of the consolidation, we launch a new corporate logo and rename PT. SWWFI as PT. Union Foods in 2009. Through continuous growth we are now able to produce an extensive range of confectionery products that include hard boiled candy, soft chewy candy, deposited candy, compressed candy and bubble gum. In addition, we are also vertically integrated with our own PET jars, Flexible Packaging and Glucose production facility. This has allowed our company to have competitive cost and shorter lead time to fulfill our customer orders. Our company policy is to observe and uphold the highest quality standard, both in manufacturing and in rendering service to our customers.
