I encourage incorporating spirituality in session when appropriate. It has been a pleasure to work with teens, individuals, and families over the last 20 years. I have utilized techniques to aid in parenting and social skills, anger management, coping and relaxation strategies. My bachelor's degree in Family Science and master's degree in Counseling has given me a solid foundation to work with individuals, couples, and families.
