IDAC is an independent, international watchdog dedicated to ensuring a fair and trustworthy digital and app marketplace for consumers worldwide through monitoring, investigation, education and collaboration with platforms and developers. IDAC is composed of experienced data privacy lawyers, consumer protection experts, and technologists who are devoted to improving the digital landscape. Currently, IDAC is investigating misconduct, educating developers and platforms and—where needed—remediating problems and notifying the public when there is a risk of consumer harm.
