Aviation Services was founded in 1995 by Meridiana S.p.A. which owned 51% of share capital. and the other shareholder was Aviation Management International Srl. In 2006 Meridiana sells all its capital and nowadays, the Company, is fully owned by Aviation Services International S.r.l. Aviation Services provides full handling services such as passengers and aircrafts assistance in Napoli Capodichino, Catania Fontanarossa, Roma Fiumicino,Roma Ciampino and Bologna. During 2018 Aviation Services served around 86.000 flights with a turnover of over Euro 73.000.000
