In our family, building is a legacy that spans three generations and we want to put our expertise to work for you. Mario and Stefano Costantini are the father and son team that uphold this tradition. The Costantini family arrived in Houston from Rome, Italy in 1979. Mario completed his education at the University of Rome where he also served on the faculty. He has designed, built and renovated residential, commercial and historic projects. Stefano attended Rice University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is also a graduate of the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. Stefano is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a Graduate Master Builder (GMB). Our homes reflect the marriage of traditional craftsmanship and modern building methods.
