The youth in America are challenged with access and alienation issues that are creating a disconnect from the very institutions that should be there to help them discover their purpose and reach their potential. This disconnection not only brings challenges to the youth but to the parents, schools and churches who haven't been properly equipped to relate with them. Segue's vision is to create a relational ministry model that will help restore these youth to be who they were created to be, and engage them into these critical relationship...transforming our families and communities. These youth are struggling to navigate the tough issues of life, such as pain, identity & purpose. These issues cause disconnect in key relationships, school, family, church... They are quite often on this journey alone. This is where Segue enters. Right where the youth are. We help kids navigate their pain and find their identity whether they're dealing with drug and alcohol abuse, eating disorders, cutting, or any other pain in their life. We also help them discover their purpose and potential through in depth mentoring. Ultimately in hopes to introduce them to their creator, Jesus Christ, in order that they may find a life of love, freedom, and purpose. Segue relates in order to engage our disconnected youth.
