Window Master Inc.(1994) is a full-service window restoration and renovation company. We are dedicated to saving old wood windows and upgrading their energy efficiency and ease of operation. Our services provide an alternative to new windows that don’t retain the architectural integrity of older homes. We reuse the original sash, upgrade single-pane glass to insulated double-pane, and weather-strip to meet modern standards. This process is cost-effective, retains historic value and is eco-friendly. We started Window Master to meet the needs of architects, contractors, and homeowners, who wanted an alternative to window replacement. A key component to our work is the routing of old window sash using a custom routing system. Our services vary from true restoration (saving the old wavy glass) and draft proofing (decreasing energy loss of historical sash), to jambliner installation (for those interested in modern tilt-in features) and custom windows that match existing profiles. We are the largest contractor using this system in New England.
