An Internationally Respected, High Quality Music Festival. Music genres include Jazz, Blues, Roots, RnB, Soul, Funk, Gospel, Big Band, New Orleans, World, Contemporary and Crossover Music. We were delighted to have presented the first Sidmouth International Jazz and Blues Festival from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 June 2022. The festival was hugely well received and was attended by 10,000 visitors from across the Southwest, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. Music fans and families enjoyed the dynamic free music programme of events on our outdoor performance stage where we presented and showcased some amazing musicians and bands from across the region. The 2022 programme included ticketed headline concerts in the stunning setting of Sidmouth Parish church, featuring acclaimed and respected artistes from the world of Jazz and Blues. A range of free music also took place at various fringe venues including hotels, restaurants, and pubs. Our plan and vision is to continue to bring wellbeing through the power of music; an artistic programme of quality, diversity and inclusivity that will engage the wider community, enhance tourism and provide economic and cultural benefits to the beautiful town of Sidmouth, Devon and the Southwest.
