Driven by the Southeast's growing need to save energy and water, and to preserve our natural resources, Southface promotes sustainable homes, workplaces and communities through education, advocacy, research and technical assistance. A nonprofit organization, Southface and its training programs have been recognized for excellence by the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, American Institute of Architects, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, Georgia Environmental Council, Earth Share of Georgia, and numerous other industry and community organizations.
