We are a group of Centres of Excellence currently focusing on software delivery excellence or project management centre of excellence. In the near future, we plan to launch usability COE and another COE on object oriented software engineering. The essence of the COE approach is that internally we continually carry out R & D, develop intellectual assets and validate the R &D with implementation partners. To the customers, we deliver training and consulting leveraging the intellectual assets built. In general, we are more than just a training organization.
