Flying Ships is a fine art photography studio run by Los Angeles-based photographer Dan Lopez. Specialties include medium format film and digital photography. As a photographer and art director, I am responsible for interfacing with clients, art direction, shooting, post-production, coordinating with printers and final file delivery. I have had two photo books published: Smoke Room II (Smoke Room, 2014) and Constellation Road (Bywater Bros., 2017) and have work included in the definitive photographic survey of Los Angeles entitled Both Sides of Sunset: Photographing Los Angeles (Metropolis Books, 2015). My work has been shown in museums and galleries both domestically and internationally
