Established in 2008, the team of over 20 highly skilled and experienced team members, including ex-police and DWP investigators, focus on public sector investigation. With an estimated 1 in 5 blue badges being misused, enforcing the blue badge scheme is essential. The team at BBFI work with Local Authorities to investigate and prosecute misuse. Our priority is to ensure that the disabled community can access a parking bay wherever they go. At least 160,000 social homes are unlawfully sublet in the UK, and the specialist team at BBFI work with Housing Associations to investigate housing tenancy misuse. Uncovering unlawful subletting, wrongly claimed succession, or fraudulently obtaining a social housing tenancy, BBFI want to ensure that social housing resources are available to those that need it. We pride ourselves on building long standing relationships with our clients and provide fully or partly outsourced investigation services, working on a case-by-case basis and offering ongoing service and support contracts.
