With an estimated 1 in 5 blue badges being misused, enforcing the blue badge scheme is essential. The team at BBFI work with Local Authorities to investigate and prosecute misuse. At least 160,000 social homes are unlawfully sublet in the UK, and the specialist team at BBFI work with Housing Associations to investigate housing tenancy misuse.
