The Geraghty Law Office, or GLO, is a modern, full-service law firm providing honest, personal, and individualized legal services to individuals and small and medium-sized businesses. GLO was founded in 2016 by Jerome Geraghty, an experienced litigation and transactional attorney who uses his passion to help people with legal issues. GLO specializes in commercial and civil litigation; business formation, licensure and development; commercial contracts, disputes and litigation; residential and commercial real estate contracts, development and litigation; non-disclosure and non-compete agreements; landlord/tenant issues and evictions; construction contracts, defects, and disputes; and mechanic's liens. Jerome received his law degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2002 and has been practicing law in Colorado ever since. As a sole practitioner with former larger firm experience, Jerome has the know-how to handle a variety of litigation, personal, business, and real estate matters in an individualized and cost-effective fashion. He believes in treating clients like friends and demonstrates an unbridled enthusiasm to advocate for you and your rights. His diverse experience brings a well-rounded, practical, and experienced sensibility to his counsel and advocacy for his clients. Jerome also supports the needs of his community by offering his legal advice to the underserved, as well as working with youth, the incarcerated, and veterans as a counselor at law and teacher of yoga and meditation. He is an avid snowboarder, yogi, hiker, gardener, animal lover, and unrelenting and unabashed supporter of the Baltimore Orioles and Barcelona Futbol Club.
