The Mortgage Place is a start-up that began in 2019 in Cape Girardeau’s Marquette Tech District as a member at Codefi. We leverage sophisticated pricing technology to give borrowers hundreds of home loan options when purchasing or refinancing. Our loan officers execute each loan by compiling a selection of loan options using our state-of-the-art technology platform. We then narrow down the options according to the borrower’s expectations of interest rates, terms, closing deadline and credit history while minimalizing hassles commonly experienced during the approval process. Our loan officers are accessible to borrowers throughout the entire process, including evenings and weekends, to reassure home buyers that technology is making their loan process easier but is not replacing personal attention.
