MISSION: 'The School For Resilience' designs and presents accessible and applicable programs to teach resiliency skills to individuals, organizations, and communities so that people have the foundational skills to overcome challenges and adversity and flourish in their lives. VISION: The SFR presumes that resilience is something we have the capacity for and that we’re capable of cultivating the skills necessary to augment our innate resilience. Students completing SFR programs learn the basic skills of resilience through the application of the twelve pillars and the five precepts and are able to apply them to improve the quality of their work, relationships, and personal achievements.
