www.landings.orgWe are The Landings Association, a not-for-profit corporation formed to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of The Landings on Skidaway Island. Functioning much like a City Hall, every person or entity who is an owner of record in any lot or living unit which is subject to the covenants of record (approximately 8,500 residents) is a member of the corporation (the Association). There are many amenities that come inclusive with being a member of The Landings Association. These amenities include two DeepWater Marinas (Landings Harbor Marina and Delegal Creek Marina), athletic fields and playground, the Dog Park, The Recycle Center, Native Plant and Nature Trail, three storage facilities, and the much-loved Sunset Pavilion. The Landings Association manages all 715 acres of Common Property as well as the following: 313 Center Islands/Medians 151 Lagoons (totaling 269 acres) 91 Miles of Road and 30 Miles (22 paved) of Community Paths and Trails on Common Property 11 Bridges 7 Gated Entrances (logging more than 10,000 vehicle entrances each day) 73 Employees along with supporting staff of hundreds of resident volunteers 19 Fleet Vehicles, plus nine units of heavy equipment and two watercraft 11 Facilities If you have questions or concerns about our services, please drop by our office during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 p.m.) or contact us (598-2520 or webmaster@landings.org).
