Rubey aims to: (1) democratize the art investment market to allow everyone - regardless of wealth, geography, and background - to invest and trade in fractionalized art and collectibles; (2) improve public visibility of museum-worthy art and collectibles in order to promote cultural heritage within all layers of society; (3) help museums overcome budget constraints by offering art and collectibles on long-term custodianship loan, giving museums the possibility to expand their collection for longer periods of time.
