Mike is now licensed to administer various industry-proven personality assessments including DISC, Driving Forces and Competency evaluations. Mike has developed several web-based Team Health Check, Client Satisfaction and 360 Leadership Feedback surveys to help shine a light on improvement opportunities for his corporate clients and help them create action plans to address high priority gaps.
