South City founding principals, Mark Randall and John Long have collectively developed more than 13,500 units in the past decade. These projects represent a diverse portfolio of multifamily housing including Market Rate Apartments, Workforce Housing, Age Restricted Apartments, Student Housing, and For Sale Condominiums. Recent projects include West 22, an 850 bed, purpose-build, student housing project at Kennesaw State University and 280 Elizabeth Street, an in-town, mixed-use project that includes 200 units and approximately 40,000 of street-front restaurants and shops. While at their previous respective companies, the principals of South City partnered on five high-rise projects across Atlanta, Georgia. South City is a natural evolution of the partnership fostered in those earlier projects. South City was founded by friends with a keen eye for quality design, flawless execution and a history of creating and empowering great teams that build great projects and communities.
