Develop and implement strategies to reach those people. The data collection is so important for a couple of reasons. Number one it provides us a way to see what actions we took that worked and what didn't, and create better action plans for the future. This gives a method to constantly improve. It also shows you, the business owner, what they're paying for and that it's an investment rather than a business expense.
