THE NORTH CAROLINA MUSIC HALL OF FAME, INC. was incorporated in the State of North Carolina on May26, 1994 by Doug Croft, of Thomasville, North Carolina. The Corporation was created under the laws of the State of North Carolina as contained in chapter 55 A of the General Statutes of North Carolina, entitled, “NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT”, and the several amendments there to. The primary purpose of the Corporation is to recognize, promote and commemorate the musical heritage of the State of North Carolina.
