For decades we have been producing the best olive oil from the mountain climate of the Argentine Republic. We have learned to relate to the cultivation of a series of olive varieties and we believe that we have endowed our oils with maximum expression of body, flavor, color and aroma. A careful harvest, the natural separation of the oil within a few hours in our mill and a storage and packaging under controlled conditions, are the pillars that support our quality philosophy, allowing us to reach our consumers with a fresh and natural product.
