With our clients, we co-design programme approaches, evaluation, research, training and strategies that support organisations in delivering sustainable development results, complete with implementation plans, guiding principles & standards, and an evaluation framework. 2—Changing business-as-usual approaches to improve effectiveness of development projects We follow and apply the evidence of what has worked in achieving impact in order to strengthen organizational capacities to develop effective interventions and measurable results frameworks. Through a thorough and rapid assessment of global literature and promising practices, we support international development organisations in designing programmes that incorporate expert analysis and the most updated learning in their areas of work.
