Poppy Dunton and Kimberly Rossiter are the Directors of MINT Training, which began in 2017. We realised there was a gap in education and training within Northamptonshire for Dentals care professionals. Our Vision is to deliver skills and educate individuals to motivate, inspire and empower them to boost their contributions to the goal of their organisation and enhance their own development. MINT Training currently run unique courses to provide you with relevant innovative training. We use speakers to help us deliver these courses and ensure you get the most out of each course. Both take an active role as Care Quality Commission (CQC) Managers, whom have taken part in three inspections and multiple BDA Good Practice as a result we take compliance very seriously and are a actively working in this environment. We streamlined our own compliances via audits and designed our own branded MINT Logbooks to ensure your practices are complete and compliant with HTM01-05: Decontamination in Primary dental practices. We do offer ‘Custom designed’ logbooks where we can adjust to fit in with your own branding and logos. MINT is located in the heart of Northamptonshire, with bespoke catering, free parking, accessible from the train station and bus stop. Fortunately MINT is situated within a 5 star state of the art dental practice. We are continually broadening our own knowledge to improve our services and deliver great value for you and your organisation.
