WNS Cares Foundation (WCF), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as replaced by the Companies Act, 2013 is the CSR arm of WNS Global Services Private Limited. Launched in 2004, WNS Cares has been serving society, creating a strong foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility at WNS Global Services. Today WNS Cares Foundation aims to accomplish a lot more and make a difference in society. With education at the core of its agenda, WCF helps to bridge the educational gap of marginalised children by pursuing a trifold path: Educate. Empower. Enrich. Guided by these broad principles, WCF extends a host of opportunities: digital learning through computer literacy programs, reading skills, and vocabulary enhancement through static and mobile libraries, academic support through science exhibitions and math Olympiads and many other programs, to help impact more than 100,000 children from 247 schools across 10 countries. WCF's main strength in achieving these community-based objectives have been the employees. WNS employees regularly volunteer for several activities from teaching, facilitating, spending productive time with kids. Volunteers of WNS Cares Foundation also eagerly participate in conducting educational, art & craft, health & hygiene, and environment conservation awareness workshops.
