This acquisition represents for System Logistics an important strategic milestone in reinforcing its presence in the US food & beverage markets, where Vertique with its warehouse automation solutions and products plays an indisputable leading role. SLC-Vertique is located in Arden, North Carolina, and over the past 15+ years, has grown to be one of the most important key players in the food & beverage market providing solutions for intra-logistics. SLC-Vertique has 100+ employees based at the Arden facility in North Carolina. SLC-Vertique will continue to offer its solutions in the US as a business unit of System Logistics, spa. The ability to complement its offering with storage solutions provided by System Logistics further enhances SLC-Vertique’s market potential.
