The German Lean Construction Institute (GLCI) is a non-profit organization, founded in 2014. It acts as a forum for the Lean Construction Community in Germany and Austria. The GLCI’s main target is to transform the construction industry by promoting the implementation of lean construction. Members are representatives from the complete value chain in construction, e.g. construction companies, architects, engineers, project managers, consultants, owners and many more.
