RE-THINK HR has undertaken a variety of client assignments. These include: • Business Change and Restructuring. I have supported executive and team restructures, merger and acquisitions, change driven by the introduction of technology and the drive to agile, and setting up of new companies and start-ups. I have also developed and setup Programme/Project Offices and teams and governance models. • HR/People Strategies. I have co-created people/HR strategies across a range of enterprises and supported the implementation of these strategies with a significant focus on culture (having implemented full reviews of organisational culture previously). • Remuneration and Reward. I have undertaken work across the remuneration/compensation and reward functional areas, ranging from the creation of the strategy to the development and implementation of incentives (short term, long term, and sales) along with work on benefits, the links to performance management, talent and total reward. • Talent Acquisition and Development. Work in this area has included the development of talent acquisition strategies, plans and teams, employee value proposition (EVP) design, and talent development/succession models and frameworks design. • Coaching. I have provided career development, leadership, and outplacement support for executives. • General Advice and Support. In addition to the range of services detailed above, I have also support employee engagement surveys (as an independent advisor), provided employment relation and policy review services, undertaken executive search, facilitated team development and strategy away days and provided health and safety advice and support.
