Siegal Tax Law is a recently founded boutique law firm that uses a modern approach to provide bay street service. We do one thing - resolve tax disputes - and we do it well. Our focus is on mid-to-large size corporations who are looking to add a tax dispute resolution specialist to their existing team of internal and external advisers to resolve tax disputes and avoid future disputes. Our principal Brandon Siegal has over ten years of tax litigation experience from working at McCarthy Tetrault LLP, at the Canadian Department of Justice Tax Law Services division, and through a judicial clerkship at the Tax Court of Canada. Our approach is to, where possible, first seek resolution outside of court where possible using our government relationships and then as necessary we will use our litigation experience in court. We take advantage of modern technology to reduce our overhead and efficiently provide the bay street quality service that our clients expect.
